Sleepless, I duly paid for a product which I have been loyak to and using for many years. I checked with my credit card company today and the payment has been processed, including Paypals charge.
I have written 2 PMs to RSterne, who I understand may be busy with legal proceedings.
My point is this. I am a frustrated customer. I cannot believe that a company with millions of users has no proper customer service. I don't think its good business practice to be selling a product that isn't delivered, yet payment is taken - would you like it if you sold someone a product and they never gave you their money? Would you not like to talk to someone about it?
I see I am also not the only person this has happened to either.
All I would like is the software or a refund. Not to be stuck out of pocket and no Limewire Pro.
