The maximum hosts are set by Limewire who are mindful that they are the most used client on the network. You will get a couple more using pro but 14 is the maximum using pro with a T3 connection. If users could download from every available host, the network would be unable to take the strain. Remember that you are governed by the speed of the uploading hosts. I think the majority do not have T1 or T3 ..
