I had a similar problem, but with a diffrent message... maybe because I´m still using Wi***. The problem on my computer was, that the Libs wininet.dll and shlwapi.dll were not "working"...

I solved the Problem by making a backup of my old ones and copying the new ones (from a other computer) in the same directory...

Since then it is working...
