Default fast connection, slow download. HELP!
Ok, heres my problem. I have 2.2mb broadband, a 'Turbo-charged connection' to the network, downloading from a T3 or higher speed and im STILL DOWNLOADING BETWEEN 0 - 4KBS! I dunno what the hells going on. any ideas?
