If you have succeeded in sending a form to pro support, I am a lttle mistified that you cannot click on "already bought pro" on the purchase page, enter the same email address, and download a new version of pro. Are you getting an error message from Limewire (or your browser) BTW you should use Safari to download Limewire.

Did you click on "If you lost your LimeWire PRO installer or need an update, click here" in birdy's link?
