You could try to get them to direct connect to you, but to be able to do this you will have to make sure that none of you are behind a firewall...
Do you have a firewall in front of the globe in LW ? if you do, that is more than likely the reason that they cant find your file...
Also could you please edit out your email addy, you don't want some wacko getting hold of it and spamming you with all sorts of rubbish..It's against the forum rules to post them...
