In LW, go tools > options > advanced > firewall config. In the top right corner, you'll see the port number LW's listening on (the default port is 6346). See if the thread below's any help & use the listening port number that you've seen in your LW for TCP & UDP settings.

If your Netgear supports UPnp, enable it within the router & then use that option within the LW options page where you found the listening port. Click apply & ok to save any changes You might have to give LW a little time to settle down before you see a change.

If the enabling UPnP is no good, you might need to port forward. If your router's listed at the site below, you'll find instructions for port forwarding. Don't forget the setting up a static IP step, if it's part of the instructions!
