I am a novice so bear with me.

I can download music files no problem but hit a brick wall at video files. It just says connecting for a few minutes and then need more sources even if there are 80 sources.

What can I do to fix this?? Keep in mind I have no idea what I am doing so will need the blonde version of instructions
