May I ask what your speed is. This could be due to a really high upload speed or You having chosen T3 or Higher for your speedsettings.

Another reason could be that the files you share are really small in size, maybe... not sure, but that would mean that uploads get finished much faster, and maybe makes Limewire decide to keep a longer queu.
