They are spam junk or just fakes. They are an attemt to ***** up the network, by its enemies, who would be better off occupying their time searching for and promoting decent music, instead of filling the record stores of the world with mindnumbingly dreadful slush <end of rant> but the junk filter is designed to reduce the number of junk results and if you "educate" the junk filter a few times it will work for you.

I hope this helps a bit. I don't personally have a junk filter (old version of LW) so I can't give you exact advice how to use it.
