I've been away from LW for a while. Coming back, I've noticed that just about every search result comes in with hundreds of responses, but 80% are from "Can you afford $0.09?" Then there's "Lonely girl looking for a date", and of course, we all have to "get laid quickly."

Is there any way to block these sites to not have them show up?
