Normally when that happens, I'd either, cancel the download & rechoose from the search results. OR, open the file from the incomplete folder & if there's nothing important missing then I'd take it out. And cancel from the download window before you do this.

To view from the incomplete folder, either go to LW's Library window & select incomplete folder & find your file. Then select it & press Launch. Else, select incomplete folder & press Explore button, & the folder will open up for you so you can double-click it to open it or drag & drop onto your prefered program (depends on OS version.)
