Hi, I am not sure that this will help you or anyone else reading this bulletin but - I feel that I have been scammed by Limewire. I was subscribing to 360share Pro which, for some unknown reason became inactive. I decided to give Limewire a try, and submitted all details required for download. I paid for the download by Pay Pal and eagerly awaited the arrival of the program. Imagine my disappointment when i clicked on limewire icon only to get ( again ) 360 share pro. I now have two programs both paid for. I feel that something fishy is definately going on. Incidently, BOTH programmes are not connecting and are in exactly the same state !!!! I have requested ( or tried ) requesting for refund both from Pay Pal and Limewire. I do not hold much hope. However, I will persevere. If anyone can throw any light on this topic at all please contact me. susanna

Limewire basic works better than anything I‘ve tried (or paid for), they seem to be ‘up to date’, they’ve been around awhile & haven’t been shut down or disappeared like so many others. My main concern is that occasionally when I’m looking for slightly rare or “unconventional” songs, vids, etc. Usually I can find them but there aren’t enough resources to download the files.
I know it may seem petty considering the low price but things can add up quickly especially these days, when online, you can’t seem to get through 3 or 4 mouse clicks without being asked for your credit card number.
Anyway I would really appreciate any info, input or opinions about the Limewire Pro upgrade.
Thanks everyone & good luck |
