The program itself is legal, but what you'll do with it might not be....
Depends on what kind of files you want to downlaod....
Let's say the hits of the bilboard charts, or the latest blockbuster,....well, that could be seen as illegal......
On the other hand, if you want to downlaod a picture of my beautiful daughter, well, that would be legal
(yet it still could cost you your head -not because of the police, but because of me)
