A lot really does depend on the people you're downloading from - their bandwidth & how they have their LW options set. All you can really do is set your LW up to perform at it's best. |
I've read that guide many many times before, and it didn't help that much. What should I do with my upload settings, for example? Is it best to have the bandwidth set low or high, and how many users should I put it at?
