firstly...I'm not a lawyer, just a carpenter...

secondly, I have a concern that these 'home' videos may at this point be owned by some station like Spike TV™...just for giggles I'm gonna fire up BearShare and see what I can find to give you a more 'expert' opinion...

I guess ala YouTube™ you can post the vids (with a disclaimer of course) and see what happens...realistically speaking, the worst that would happen is that you would receive a DRM complaint letter and have to remove them from the webpage....and on that note, make sure to keep up with your emails about said page, as some jerkwad shark-bait lawyers are known to message at odd hours to try and catch you with your pants down...
