No. When you browse a particular user, you will see all their shared files or as many as the browse search can find at the time. In that case, arrange the browse results as you please. eg: click on the Name column bar so it arranges the files alphabetically, or double-click the size column so it shows largest at the top. Or use the filters at the side such as Audio so it only shows audio files. Or combine them (audio & alphabetically), Etc.

For audio, you will see them in the lower filter windows shown by artist & below that by album. So click on particular artist & it will show only songs by that artist. That is of course if they have been properly id3 tagged. Otherwise they will only show in the main "all" artists group.
