I'm just wondering if anyone has recently e-mailed limewire.com with questions and received a reply. I sent two e-mails in October via the contact page on their website, and on October 30 I e-mailed my questions to
service@limewire.com (also found on their website) and to date no replies.
When I used the online form on October 17 & 22, I got an auto-response stating "The LimeWire Tech Support Team has received a copy of this email. Soon you will get a response on this Issue." I did not get an auto-response when I e-mailed
service@limewire.com.
Could someone from Limewire define soon please?
Also, I find it frustrating that although I paid the $18.88 fee for the Pro version, there isn't even a phone number to call for any kind of support. That is really not good business in my books, but I should have done my research before paying, so I deserve what I got.
