I guess it also depends upon how you ask the question(s) to support. eg: If a user asked, specifically, for warez, if they are extremely rude, incomprehensible, or writes something to the effect of "it doesn't work," they will most likely not get a response. Support probably try to answer every email that they can, but also need the users to help as well. Just as we do on this forum such as here
System details - help us to help you (click on link) (which is specified in the forum rules!!!) So if a reply is slow perhaps one of the above reasons is why. Just a guess.
