Limewire doesn't control the content of the network and can't shut the network down. LW is a filesharing program. Each individual computer is part of the network. There's no central server to shut down. So buying Pro
won't solve your connection problem.
Unless your on a dial-up connection, your connected to the internet through a modem/router that probably has an internal NAT firewall and it needs to be configured also. Read through this thread for instructions:
