Go to your library in Limewire and find the file. Highlight it and press the explore button. Now the folder containing the file should have opened up. Try double clicking it from there

In future please include a little info on your system (Like if it's a PC or a Mac, and in this case what kind of media player you got) you will get the answers to your problem a lot quicker and also more detailed.
