Do you have just one download location or do you have different ones specified for Video Audio etc? If you have different ones all the incompletes will be in the same place, usually the audio location but not always. The incomplete folder should be beside your save folder, but this may not be the case if you have differnt download locations. This may help . I am not familiar with windows so am gessing to an extent
