My Best Guess Well, I don't claim to be an authority but here is my best guess. First, when you kill an upload, as I understand it, that only serves to stop the current upload (for priority purposes, or if they are just filling up your slots with no action). If you want them gone permanently I think you can ban them in your options. Second, If you are a freeloader and a host doesn't allow freeloaders I don't think you will get any results from that person at all. And last, regarding a person having more uploads than you permit, I don't know how that can happen but maybe they are waiting in line with the extra slots. Anyway, that is my best guess. Have fun. |
