This is not easy to answer. You are connected to leaves or ultrapeers as you can see in your connections tab.You may need to go to view>connections in Limewire, to see the tab,
but these hosts are connected to others .. so it not possible to say or see how many hosts may be in contact with you. I really can't explain it well, but to get an idea of how the network works take a look at this
