YESTERDAY ! getting all excited about upgrading to the Limewire Pro turbo speed i clicked ! and i went to the site to upgrade and pay via credit card. i filled in everything, and submitted the request .. then it was declined .. so i thought i might have made a mistake. so i went through the process again and the transaction got declined again..
TODAY morning ! i called the bank to see whats the problem with my mastercard was. the bank tells me there is no problem and it is working fine..
HERE LAYS THE PROBLEM .. i GOT BILLED TWICE for a declined transaction !! since it was declined why was i billed for it ??
and things got worse ! when i tried to contact someone at lime wire ! and i didnt find any support cause i had to be a registered LimewirePRO user to get the support i need !! so what am i supposed to do ? guess the sales email address ? or guess the managers email address ??
this behaviour is not acceptable at all ! i accepted to upgrade cause i trust the reputation LIMEWIRE spreads.
SO ? now ? what am i supposed to do ?! all day today i was looking for an email address to ask for this problem to be solved ! and guess what ? i didnt find any support or any email to send too !
