They crawled into their shell a year and a half ago and nobody has heard from
them since. It's probably because they don't want to face questions about
their close relationship with the RIAA and MPAA crowd.
Anyway, I suspect they still have that no-refund policy and are hiding behind
their EULA, which only gives you four keys. They can get away with not
putting it right on the web pages you saw during registration as long as it's
tucked away in the agreement you had to accept, and it was up to you to
find it.
Anyway, try b25 and forget about them. If you had version 5.2 or 6 you will
find that going "backwards" to that unusually potent test version is actually a
significant upgrade even though the version number is lower.
