You should be able to use iTunes with BearShare if you have the right version.
The iTunes settings are in the Setup menu under iTunes.

If there's no iTunes menu, did you download the files first? Once the files are
downloaded go to the File menu and select Explore Downloads. You can drag
and drop from the window that opens.
