Yes but did you make sure that your maximum searches weren't set at zero? Did you try to download a magnetmix file? Was it successful?
Did you do a search within LW for a very common group...what happened?
You aren't telling us who your ISP is, are you?
Did you delete your LW preferences folder?
Did you try using another p2p app & if so, did the same thing happen?

Don't sit there & bang your head at me after I've given you a link with lots of things to try & you don't even have the courtesy to tell me what you tried & what the outcome was

Are you connected properly (how many green conection bars do you see)?
