There's a few techniques. One is to create a folder, put the files you wish to share into it & add that folder to share. See How to Share Folders (click on link)

2. You can share partial downloads.

3. You can share your completed downloads. (both this & (2) are in settings. ie: LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Sharing & Tools>Options>Uploads>Basic.
