hey, my limewire download speed is capped at around 20-30 kb/s. i ran a speed test and i was getting high 600-low 700. what can i do to fix?????
i tried reinstalling limewire, but that didnt do ne thing for me. ne help would be greatly appreciated, especially if its kept in terms that a dumb *** can understand....
