compatible is relative...

even if they will fit into the DIMM slots, they are pretty much worthless as their speeds are way under what a modern machine will be able to use...

as a fact, if you put them in your machine (assuming compatibility) all of your memory (the one already in the box included) will operate @ the pc100's speed, which is 100MHz....sloooooooooooow....

what you really need to do is to buy RAM that is compatible with the present RAM in said machine...
