1. Can you get the model number of the motorola? 2. Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other);

3. It looks like perhaps you have the option to show that icon turned off. You'll find it under LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Status Bar
