Go here & choose the "Offline" installer: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp Then just follow directions with the installer. It might also be a good idea to remove your previous Java versions before-hand. To do that, go to Control panels, open Add/Remove Programs control panel & look for Java or JRE/JSE & remove. You should reboot then install the new version.
