That looks like a scam site to me. Did you get redirected to download LW after you'd paid?
LimeWire basic is free. LW Pro costs $18.88 USD for 6 months of updates & email support.

Joining MP3 Audio Station doesn't make you any safer, legally, than anyone else using LW!!!
If you click on the More Info link at their site, you'll see that. They even state that buying a membership isn't a license to download copyrighted material.
