Ever since version 1.8 has been release have the same non-resuming of downloads been a problem. Until this feature is reinstituted, I will not be upgrading to the newer program. It's pointless to download a file partially only to have to start all over again all the time.

Also, what would be nice is a way to double-click the file in the Incomplete folder to automatically start it looking for a download client.
