Ukbobboy01 is aware of a few UK ISP's who don't as yet shape p2p bandwidth. And yes, the isp's tend to use special programs that detect the bandwidth of p2p programs & then either block them or put them into a 3rd tier speed & thus giving priority to surfing, etc.
