Well it looks like I may have resolved my scam in one email! I hope so anyway. I finally managed to connect to their mail service thing on the filesharingcenter website and said I was dissatisfied and wanted a full refund and got this reply:

So fingers crossed will get the refund! Thanks for the help and advice Lord of The Rings. I will certainly be more careful what I buy in the future!!! I seem to have a few weird things going on with my Mac since this all happened, so it may end up costing me to get it cleaned up!!
