Recently, I have had problems with LimeWire, it connects properly, then to find it reconnecting again after a period of time, I am unsure why?

So I could be downloading a file, at "Excellent Connection" at say 50KB/s + and then it suddenly goes to 0 and I see it saying "Fair Connection" - I asssume this is because it had tried to re-connect itself. Please enlighten me, thank you.
