First of all, this is the forum section for the Phex P2P client and not the LimeWire client.
You shouldn't run 2 firewalls at the same time. Check which of your firewalls is enabled and then disable one of them.
Honestly, when I hear satellite, then I almost suspect that your ISP blocks or shapes traffic from and to P2P networks. You might wanna check on this by giving your ISP a call.
1. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here:
http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?
2. Try and download a magnet file from here and see what speed you get for it, then post the result as well:
