Do you know when the payment was made? ie. time, date? If so you should be able to contact your credit card company and cancel any payment that was made to Butterfly (assuming the payment hasn't already gone through!
)
What I mean by further action is 'legal action'. This is only advised if your really set on bringing these b@stards down...but for the sake of what you've paid (I presume it's below £40?) it's probably not worth going that far. The threat of legal action alone should make butterfly sh!t themselves, either that or they'll call your bluff!
But having said that they should refund you in any case..you have rights...use them!!
