What does the error message say?
Try the fixes in points 1, 3 & 5 of the sticky below. Remember to use the offline JRE installer for Java & delete your current Java version before you install the new one
Fixes for LimeWire

If that doesn't help, reinstall LW with the offline installer one more time.
