You could change ports & see if that helps at all (no guarantees...if it's an issue with Tiscali, might not help at all). Try one in the range of 49152-65535 (say, 64049). Tools > options > advanced > firewall config & you'll see LW's listening port. Click Apply to save any changes.
If you change ports, remember that listening port, port forwarded thru a modem/router & ports allowed thru a software firewall must all be the same number
