Im selling my computer soon so im deleting everything on it into the recycle bin namely old mp3s and documents as well as personal information. But just how safe is deleting anyway.? To try to remove every scrap of my information off my P.C and any remnants of anything I have downloaded. And removed all my old restore points but is that good enough after deleting everything and running the programe above am I safe in the knowledge that my computer will be free of any data or should I be doing more.?

I was thinking about running cyber scrub a few times then doing a full product recovery to be as sure as sure can be or am I being over paranoid here.?
