I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this program to work. I have installed and uninstalled and closed Norton and made it so that the comp would accept cookies. I just recieved a post for font and that did not seem to work either. I did notice that when I uninstalled Java that it would not do anything. Installed the offline version and that did nothing either. Does anyone have any more ideas? Been too long and it is now a challenge. I have a brand new comp and it is Windows XP. Does that make a difference? Please help me...
