Uninstalling from add/remove programs can stuff things up. Check in task manager & see if any LW process is running...if it is, end the process.
Noramally, installing a new version of LW will automatically uninstall the older version. You might have to use your computer's search to look for all LW files & then delete things as you find them

The right way to uninstall LW is via start > all programs > LW & use the uninstall option.
