Let me see if i understood the polar skulk principles:
If i want to be a member, i can only share CC/GPL/BSD... files, or this is only valid for Elders? Does the same applies to downloads?

The search results are definitely better (isn't this influentiated from whom we are connected? If so this could be just luck...)... Despite that i don't see any difference to phex 3.
