http://www.blazemp.com/ will do it. You can download a free 15 day trial. (1) Go to Edit Video, (2) File (load file), (3) Edit, (4) Edit Mode, (5) Audio only, and (6) then once you figure it out using crop, or remove section, etc. you can remove the sound from the video. Then save you file with a different name.
