Hey all, been awhile since I've used the forums, a little problem has brought me back, not even sure if this is the right place for it.


I recently re subscribed to Limewire Pro, around the last week in November. Payment went through, I got a receipt from paypal and I waited for my link. And waited. And am still waiting.

Over two months later, still no new link, no reply to at least half a dozen emails, and I've sent them to a couple of different addresses to cover my bases.

I'm pretty disappointed as I've had Pro for nearly three years and had no problems before, so to be treated like this is fairly disheartening. I dont want to pursue a refund, I just want my update link sent.


Any suggestions, advice?
