Have to be patient with the folks trying to help out in here. You are all going above and beyond the call of duty. Have not received a reply to my post of the 10th. (Guess I am impatient.that's only two days ago!) Anyway, if no one can think of any other fixes to try I am wondering about the delete it all LW option and starting from scratch. Get all potential fixes and settings in place before I even download it again. OK, I'll kick back here a bit longer. Hope to be hearing some more helpful suggestions.
