Hi, I thought you might be interested w3ith the reply from Tiscali re Limewire.They say"Tiscali does not block Limewire.If you use peer to peer or other file sharing,all we ask is that you use this software considerately and send and receive large files outside of peak hours." It then goes on to say that if you use to much bandwidth in peak times they may restrict your bandwidth during peak hours.Its all to do with there "fair Usage Policy".Although I have had trouble connecting during the day & thats off peak.Also I read somewhere someone wanted a static IP with Tiscali as well as me.I asked the about this also & the only way to get a static IP with them is to open a business account & then you get one.I do not know what the cost would be.
